Does your charity or community group need a makeover?
Has your cause just lost its "mojo" and direction?

Fear not, Maidenhead Bridge Rotary Club is here for you! We will give your organisation 3 hours of our expertise in graphic design, marketing, event planning or strategy in ONE session to help get you back on track.
What does our club and its members have to offer you?
The Rotary Club of Maidenhead Bridge is a vibrant new-style club that has been set up in Maidenhead which, not only aims to support local good causes, but also to allow members to network with like-minded people to expand knowledge and allow people to experience new challenges.

The Rotarians in our club represent a cross-section of our community’s business owners, executives, managers, and professionals – people who make decisions and influence policy. We are people from all walks of life, people who think outside the box to solve problems and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty and share our knowledge, skills and experience.

Marketing, graphic design, fundraising, public speaking, planning, organisation, and communication are just some of the leadership skills that our members have to offer.

Case Studies

Pimp My Community has been helping a variety of local charities and organisations over the last couple of years, here's a few examples of how we did it:

Introduction: Thames Valley Adventure Playground (TVAP)
Maidenhead Bridge Rotary Club were asked by TVAP to assist them with their social media activity to ensure they were making optimal use of the tools available. They have a number of people who use their social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter, so they also wanted to ensure that all the people involved were using them in the same way. Objectives:
  • Review their Facebook and Twitter Accounts
  • Suggest ways to optimise their social media use
  • To see the results and read more download our case study

Introduction: Open Kitchen
Maidenhead Bridge Rotary first become involved with Open Kitchen in the summer of 2012 after a presentation to the club about their work. Moved by what the charity was offering we decided to support them, not only in a hands-on-volunteering capacity by also by helping them to improve their brand and marketing collateral. We could see what they were trying to do and so Open Kitchen became our first “pimp” project.  Objectives:
  • Improve the charity branding
  • Create a consistent image
  • Source new imagery
  • Create new collateral e.g. logo, flyers, pull-up banner

Introduction: Club Logo
When we were first forming our club we wanted to create a logo that showed the vibrancy of our club and the sort of activities we get up to. We also wanted our founder members to have ownership of their logo, to feel part of it and help create it.  Objectives:
  • Create an iconic logo
  • Create an image that explained who we were
  • Create a logo that members felt part of
